Another doom and gloom construction article, this one from USA Today. One line leaps out at me: "Many contractors are doing jobs for less than cost. Thousands are going bankrupt or shutting down". I think it would be safe to assume that the ones going out of business are the ones doing these jobs below cost. If I only had a dollar for every time I've heard the words: "I took the job to keep my guys busy", in the past year, I wouldn't need any jobs!
